ROHNCOR Group N upper gearbox mount with hard rubber for the RENAULT Clio 2 RS, 2.0 16V F4R 172hp 182hp engine from February 2000

Fitting position: upper mount on the gearbox. This is not the lower gearbox mount (item 61818) and not the timing-side engine mount (item 61817).

Designed and built for use in the Group N category, this uprated gearbox mount for the Clio 2 RS keeps the rubber section of the standard mounts, unlike most uprated engine mounts of the Vibra-technics type, but with a higher hardness.

Originally intended for competition, this uprated gearbox mount for the Renault Clio 2 RS is ideal for sporting, road and track day use: its stiffer hard rubber prevents the gearbox and engine assembly from lifting, while still offering driving comfort by absorbing a large part of the vibrations, which are therefore not passed into the cabin.
