RC RACING and86-GN-60 Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING and86-GN-60 silencer, like all our other exhausts, has been manufactured in our Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING and86-GN-60 exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The tubes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by pressing. Hydraulic to the diameter of your original intermediate pipe:

The soundproofing section of the and86-GN-60 RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 4 elements:

- perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6-2mm thick
- steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- the soundproofing material molded to the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick 90mm outer diameter for Group N and 127mm outer diameter for road use

The components of the and86-GN-60 silencer are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal-driven lathe for consistent welds and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the and86-GN-60 RC RACING silencer:

The final assembly of the and86-GN-60 exhaust silencer is done on a welding jig such as this and326:

This ensures that 100% of the and86-GN-60 silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit in place of the original.
