The RC RACING and242A-and00M silencer, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING and242A-and00M exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The tubes are in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve the best performance before being reduced by hydraulic press to Diameter of your original intermediate pipe:

The soundproofing section of the RC RACING and242A-and00M stainless steel silencer is made of 4 elements:

- Perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6-2mm thick
- Steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- Soundproofing material molded to the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick diameter 90mm outer diameter for Group N and 127mm outer diameter for road use

The components of the and242A-and00M silencer are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal-driven lathe for consistent weld quality and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the RC RACING and242A-and00M silencer:

This ensures that 100% of the and242A-and00M silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit perfectly in place of the original.
