RC RACING reference ET345D-GA Stainless steel exhaust silencer

RC RACING ET345D-GA Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING ET345D-GA silencer, like all our other exhausts, has been manufactured in our Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING ET345D-GA exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced to your desired diameter using a hydraulic press. original intermediary:

The sound-absorbing part of the ET345D-GA RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made in 4 Elements:

- 304 stainless steel perforated tube, thickness 1.6 - 2mm
- steel wool to prevent the sound-absorbing wool from passing through the perforated tube
- the sound-absorbing wool formed into the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, thickness 1.6mm external diameter 90mm for the Group N and 127mm outer diameter for road use

The components of the ET345D-GA silencer are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal-driven lathe for consistent welds and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the ET345D-GA RC RACING silencer:

The final assembly of the ET345D-GA exhaust silencer is done on a welding jig such as this ET326:

This ensures that 100% of the ET345D-GA silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit perfectly in place of the original.
