RC RACING ET237-1 ET00-M-73 Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING ET237-1 ET00-M-73 silencer, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING ET237-1 ET00-M-73 exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance. To be reduced by hydraulic press to the diameter of your original intermediate pipe:

The soundproofing part of the ET237-1 ET00-M-73 RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 4 elements:

- perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6-2mm thick
- steel wool to prevent the soundproofing wool from passing through the perforated tube
- the soundproofing wool shaped to the silencer body
- stainless steel silencer body 304 Thickness 1.6mm Outer diameter 90mm for Group N and outer diameter 127mm for road use

The components of the ET237-1 ET00-M-73 silencer are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal-driven lathe for consistent weld quality and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the ET237-1 ET00-M-73 RC RACING silencer:

The final assembly of the ET237-1 ET00-M-73 exhaust silencer is done on a welding jig such as this ET326:

This ensures that 100% of the ET237-1 ET00-M-73 silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit directly in place of the original.
