RC RACING TI-02C Stainless Steel Mid-Pipe

The RC RACING TI-02C mid-pipe, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING TI-02C mid-pipe are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press. to the diameter of your original exhaust line:

The soundproofing part of the TI-02C RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 3 elements:

- perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6 to 2mm thick
- steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, cylindrical or oval

The Elements of the TI-02C intermediate are welded together using MIG (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for regularity of the weld and a significant thickness guaranteeing the solidity of the TI-02C RC RACING intermediate:

The final assembly of the TI-02C intermediate exhaust is done on a welding Mount such as this ET326:

This ensures that 100% of the TI-02C intermediates leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit in place of the original.
