RC RACING ET5 Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING ET5 silencer, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING ET5 exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press to the diameter of your original intermediate pipe:

The soundproofing section of the ET5 RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 4 elements:

- Perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6-2mm thick
- Steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- Soundproofing material molded to the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, 90mm outer diameter for Group N and 127mm outer diameter for the road

The ET5 silencer components are MIG welded together (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for consistent welds and significant thickness, guaranteeing the strength of the RC RACING ET5 silencer:

The final assembly of the ET5 exhaust silencer is done on a welding jig, such as this one ET326:

This guarantees that 100% of the ET5 silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit directly in place of the original.
