RC RACING and264B-COVS Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING and264B-COVS silencer, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING and264B-COVS exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The tubes are in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press to diameter of your original intermediate:

The sound-absorbing part of the and264B-COVS RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made in 4 Elements:

- 304 stainless steel perforated tube, thickness 1.6 - 2mm
- steel wool to prevent the sound-absorbing wool from passing through the perforated tube
- the sound-absorbing wool formed into the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, thickness 1.6mm diameter exterior 90mm for Group N and exterior diameter 127mm for the road

Muffler elements and264B-COVS are welded together with MIG (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for a regularity of the weld and a significant thickness guaranteeing the solidity of the silencer and264B-COVS RC RACING:

This ensures that 100% of the and264B-COVS silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit in place of the original.
