RC RACING and149DTM Stainless Steel Exhaust Silencer

The RC RACING and149DTM silencer, like all other exhausts, has been manufactured in the Spanish workshop since the 1980s.

All components of the RC RACING and149DTM exhaust silencer are made of 304 stainless steel.

The pipes are available in standard diameters:

- 40mm
- 45mm
- 50mm
- 55mm
- 60mm

The largest diameter is always used to achieve optimal performance before being reduced by hydraulic press to the diameter of your intermediate pipe. Original:

The soundproofing section of the and149DTM RC RACING stainless steel silencer is made of 4 elements:

- Perforated 304 stainless steel tube, 1.6-2mm thick
- Steel wool to prevent the soundproofing material from passing through the perforated tube
- Soundproofing material molded to the silencer body
- 304 stainless steel silencer body, 1.6mm thick, 90mm outer diameter for Group N and external diameter 127mm for the road

The elements of the and149DTM silencer are welded together using MIG (stainless steel wire with gas) on a pedal lathe for regularity of the weld and a significant thickness guaranteeing the solidity of the and149DTM RC RACING silencer:

This ensures that 100% of the and149DTM silencers leaving the workshops are compliant, free of any defects, and fit perfectly in place of the original.
